For over fourteen years I have worked on digital products, from discovery through UX to delivery. As a Product Owner and Scrum Master I have worked with enterprises, SMEs and startups, led teams and brought numerous applications live.

That's why I founded O/S digital solutions UG. Bespoke software development under one roof.

Berlin is my home, and the place where I don't just advise on digital transformation, I stay hands-on.

My focus here is bringing businesses, public-sector organisations, and people in this city closer to digital transformation, without burying them in buzzwords.

Digital transformation should feel tangible: clear, actionable, with a real sense that change doesn't pass you by, that it reaches you. When teams see they can drive change themselves, impact follows, in mid-sized businesses as much as in the public sector.
